The Placement Cell remains active throughout the year and seamlessly integrates the student's talent pool with the industry network. The students have an opportunity to find placement in the industry via three modes viz.

  • Pre-placement offers (PPOs)
  • On-campus placement drives and
  • Off-campus hiring.

A strong industry network enables students to be part of live industry projects even in their third year. This experience teaches them the concept of deliverables and respect for deadlines very critical attributes in an industry milieu. In the recent past, based on the sterling performance by students often the companies have given them pre-placement offers to join after completion of their required course credits.

Moreover, the innovation culture at the institute enables students to secure pre-placement offers and internships via national level hackathons. The other option is the regular placement drives held at least twice a year depending upon the hiring cycles of the industry wherein the companies get access to a large talent pool of fresher’s. The institute invites all HR professionals or talent acquisition managers from large, medium and even small startups to visit the campus for recruitment. The placement team provides all the assistance for conducting the tests, group discussions and interviews. It also provides guidance in any off-campus recruitments which is the third mode of placement that students can avail. They are made aware of any opportunities available via direct hiring through walk-in ads in the newspaper, online social media, personal contacts or dedicated job portals.
